New Music: Jamie Foxx ft. Lil' Wayne "Straight to the Dance Floor"

Jamie Foxx is gearing up for a new album in 2010. Body, his follow up to Intuition, is rumored to be ready for release, as early as March of next year. It has been revealed the album will at least feature Lil' Wayne ("Straight to the Dancefloor") and Gucci Mane ("Speak French"). Below you can DL the lead single, which if it warms up fast enough will ensure his album drops the first quarter.

Video: Jamie Foxx Performs to "Beat It" & Moonwalks

As I mentioned last night Jamie Foxx not only hosted the 2009 BET Awards, he performed and paid tribute to Michael Jackson in his own way. Right after New Edition hit the stage will, if you ask me a poor rendition of a few Jackson 5 hits, the comedian wowed the crowd with a brief performance of Jackson's "Beat It". He was hilarious as opened the show with some light humor about the late Jackson. I love how he tried to defy gravity like MJ. Classic. And he also moon walked. Videos below!

We all should have known that BET would center it's annual awards show around the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.

Host Jamie Foxx dazzled the audience with a moon walk and styles like the gloved one circa 1987. But that wasn't before New Edition hit the stage with a melody of Jackson 5 songs. I give them props because they had little time to prepare. But you could clearly see that NE is nowhere near as talented as the J5 brothers.

I did like the "Thriller" performance Foxx put on as well. And he had me dying when he said: "Michael was all kinds of black. He was Wesley Snipes and Chico DeBarge at the same time."
