One of my new favorite songs of the Spring, is by none other than former DC woman and Gospel singer gone secular, Michelle Williams. "We Break The Dawn" is the lead single off of her upcoming album, "UnExpected"; which is out later this summer. The video was shot in the streets of downtown L.A.

Jenny's Getting Dropped?

I guess Sony BMG is really serious about cutting their budgets. Apparently, and this is according to http://theybf.com, J-Lo is about to be back on the Block.

Well, not exactally. The record label giant is not only cutting their artists, they're going after big names who cost too much and sell too little. Poor Jennifer Lopez fits right into that category. According to a source, they are paying in the hundreds of thousands and she only sold a little over 50K in her first week.

Here is what YBF's snitch said:

"She costs too much money and doesn’t sell enough,” says the source, who is familiar with the issue. “Her last album cover alone cost $60,000 in hair and makeup, lighting, photographers, re-touching, etc. The video budget was in the neighborhood of $300,000."

I mean, can't they renegotiate? The girl did add a few platinum plaques to your wall.

Amy Winehouse, Says "No, No, No"

Poor Amy Winehouse, really needs to take heed to her family's advice. Girl is straight trippin'. After recently overdosing on what looked like it came from a gypsy-hippie at Woodstock's purse; hard liquor, coke, smack and a string of other bandits; she was checked into a facility with her seemingly influential husband; Blake Fielder-Civil.

She completed only two days and fled the joint to London; where she will not under go more treatment, but get checked by a neurologist for the seizure she suffered during the overdose. She may have a form of epilepsy.

Poor girl, I've seen this scenario too many times. She is in a dark lonely state. Something is eating her, and until she hits her low she may never get help. I just hope her family trying to intervene will help. All this money and having him around doesn't help at all.The fast life is the dark life.

And her dad, Mitch, is attempting to get a restraining order against him because he feels, he is the reason that she is falling off the deep end.
