Lady Ga Ga is not only today's biggest thing in pop, homegirl just scored the cover or Rolling Stone, for their annual Hot Issue. She sported the bubble suit she's performed with so many times and I am feeling the blond afro. She was snapped by famed photographer David LaChapelle.
