The bitchiest model of all, Ms. Naomi Campbell plead guilty to '2 counts of assaulting a police officer, 1 count of disorderly conduct likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress and using threatening, abusive words or behavior to cabin crew'.

Luckily, she got off with 200 hours of community service and a measly $4,500.00 at the Uxbridge Magistrates' Court, in West London.

This is some real bulls*t. Sorry to be so frank, but just hours after being released from isolation, jurors in the R. Kelly trial spoke with the press and all agreed that it was in fact R. Kelly on the tape in question. It simply was the fact that some jurors felt there was a lack of evidence to prosecute? What!

Out of the 12 jurors, 5 sat down with the media to explain how the jury; which stood all the way up to the last minute, decided to free a man, they all admitted knew had sex with a minor. It was revealed that up to the morning of the verdict, and based on votes taken every hour on the hour, the jury could not agree and were weighing in on the fact that the alleged victim didn't want to testify or cooperate. They deemed that the prosecution, did "not enough evidence to prosecute".

I may not want to testify either if I was going to get put on blast, for the whole world to know I am the one who shot R. Kelly down. Furthermore, I wouldn't want my children's children to know that I was that wild; and you know the media can be cruel, but fans are worse. Besides, it was her parents and concerned family members who were outraged, that R. Kelly would have sex with a 13 year old, even if she did want to have sex with him. The whole trial was about him knowingly breaking child statutory rape laws and having the balls to film it!

Many of them also talked about how "absolutely disgusted" the tape made them. Especially since they didn't get the bootlegged version; they got crystal clear vision. One juror claimed it was "clear as day".

We also heard whispers that he got his party on that night in Chi-Town. Don't you love the justice system!

I had told you about Naomi Campbell's cat fight at Heathrow International Airport; which culminating in witnesses saying Naomi spitting on an officer and hitting another, all over a missing luggage bag. She is now facing 5 charges (Below) and she could end up taking a six month vacation jail.

Naomi says that she is "bitterly disappointed" about at being charged, via her legal team in the UK. She also said she will respect the court's decision and head to their on June 20.

Charges:
3 Counts- Assaulting a Constable
1 Count of Disorderly Conduct
1 Count of the use of threating language.

It is finally getting down to some crazy testimony. MTV reported that friends and family of the girl who was allegedly filmed peeing on and getting sprinkled on back by R. Kelly, took that stand and explained how they were able to identify the minor and Kells. The most damaging evidence came when the girl's best friend described how R. Kelly was the minor's Godfather and how she witnessed him handing her over cash. She also recounted how she was able to identify R. Kelly and the girl on the tape.

Through her best friend, Jamison said, she also met R. Kelly (godfather to the girl allegedly in the video). The two girls often went places where Kelly played basketball (at a gym called Hoops) and recorded music (at a studio called Trax), as well as his home, including a sauna room known as the "Colorado Room." Frequently, when her friend visited her godfather, Jamison testified, she saw him give her money: "no less than 100 and no more than 500 [dollars]." The exact amount was disputed on cross-examination.

Jamison said she was able to identify her friend by her face and her hairstyle, since they had both gotten the same cut going into their freshman year: a mullet, "short at the top, long at the back." Jamison said they were 13 or 14 at the time. [More]

Only six years after being charged with child pornography and countless tours and money he made in waiting, R. Kelly is about to begin trail in his pissy battle with a former underage lover. Apparently, Kelly tried to file a motion to again stall the case, as prosecution finally found a someone who had a three way with both Kelly and the underage girl in question. Well, unfortunately for him, the judge has had about enough and the trail will begin with jury selection on Monday (May 12th, 2008).
