
Isiah Thomas, who somehow kept the support of some of the head honchos for the Knicks, has finally lost it. Isiah, who since becoming team President of the Knicks in the 2003-2004 season has already went through 6 coaches and no solid performance from his team, now himself has gotten the boot. Admist bad roster calls and public humiliation for harassment Isiah will be replaced by Donnie Walsh.
Donnie, is mighty confident that he can bring some rings to the Knicks. He is very confident about finding a replacement. "I will get calls,...This is a coveted job. People want to coach here.''. He is also sure he is the right man for the job: "I just believe a new voice, a new coach, is necessary to change the direction of the team,'' Walsh said.
