Listen, I have heard of dumb people before, but this i like the silliest thing ever! A man named James D. Jenkins aka Nom de Freak Millennium Child, went to court to sue, Calvin Broadus (Snoop Dogg) over "musical strings" he claims that he created, which were then turned into Snoop's hit, "Sexual Seduction".
I think he means that his "string loops" which were part of the sample used to make the song, belonged to him; but when you write you court argument in scribble no one really understands (Computers are our friend..LOL). When he was asked in court, what type of "relief" he wanted, he replied he wants documents related to this case and NO money! He simply wants to prove the following, directly from his mouth:
“I had hand Ice Cube manager 1 tape … From there I don’t know how Calvin Broadus [Snoop’s real name] got a hold of it. The tape.”
When asked for a digital copy of his loops, he said that he only had cassettes like the one he handed over.
I am not saying that this clearly uninformed citizen is lying, but at least know what you're talking about and make sure you understand what you are being asked, because as of now, he ain't getting crap!
