It seems this time a business associate of Akon but the beats on the former hip hop heavyweight. Wait to you hear what Suge Knight is doing now, to try and get money, after he lost his Death Row Music label, and filed for bankruptcy. It seems that Suge attended a Kanye pre-VMA party, back at The Shore Club in Mimai, way back in 2005. Suge was subsequently shot and he claims he was robbed of a $135,000 earring; which I don't see how he could have offered in 2005, but whatever. He isn't pinning the club, or the security, but instead, Kanye, who was probably paid to have his name endorse the event, for 'allowing' someone to get past security with a weapon. Knight was shot in the leg and suffered a shattered bone. Below is what TMZ is reporting:

According to the lawsuit filed on September 12 in US Bankruptcy Court in L.A., Suge claims he didn't just lose blood -- he also lost a 15-carat, $135,000 diamond stud earring inside the club during the incident -- and that too is Kanye's fault.

Now Suge, who claims he was so hurt that he needed to take a private jet back from Miami, is suing for all his bullet wound-related expenses AND "for damages for the loss of use and enjoyment of the earring." But check this -- even though Suge is bankrupt, he's worked out a deal with the Court that will allow him to keep a percentage of any dough he collects from the suit.
