IS MICHAEL FORCED INTO A COMEBACK BECAUSE OF DEBT?

IS MICHAEL FORCED INTO A COMEBACK BECAUSE OF DEBT?

Pop superstar Michael Jackson has reportedly been forced into reviving his music career because he is struggling to pay off his spiraling debts.

The singer - who is said to be working on a new album with rapper/producer Will.i.am - will release a 25th anniversary edition of his hit 1982 album Thriller and is said to have signed up for a series of live shows in London.

Jackson is believed to have struggled to pay off debts of over $300 million, which were racked up following his 2005 court case which saw him cleared of child abuse charges.

Sources say Jackson has recently been living rent-free with his three children in the Palms casino in Las Vegas as a guest of the Maloof brothers. The Maloofs would be the latest hosts upon whom Jackson has mooched, following Prince Abdullah of Bahrain, dancer Michael Flatley and Prince Jefri of Brunei. The former is suing Jackson in the U.K. for $7 million.

The star could earn $30 million if he signs up for a one-month residency at the O2 Arena, which will consist of 30 live concerts.

PAULA ABDUL HAS ANOTHER BREAKDOWN AND I DON'T MEAN HER CAR

PAULA ABDUL HAS ANOTHER BREAKDOWN AND I DON'T MEAN HER CAR

R&B singer Paula Abdul reportedly had a short meltdown, with only a week before the new season of “American Idol” gets on the way.

“She had an insane nervous breakdown that lasted 10 minutes,” a tipster told Radaronline.com of a scene at the Continental Airlines terminal at LAX over the holidays.

“One minute she was hyperventilating and on the verge of passing out; the next she was yelling into her cell phone in this deep, rage-filled ‘Poltergeist’ voice. She kept screaming three names over and over — Michael, Sidney and Leslie. Everyone was staring at her, but she didn’t care.”

With no reality show cameras to capture the episode, it’s the tipster’s word against Abdul’s, especially since reps for Abdul didn’t comment on the meltdown by press time (which means there’s still no explanation on who Michael, Sidney or Leslie might be, or what they did to score such good placement in the tirade).

“This doesn’t surprise me at all,” said a source who’s spent many painful hours alongside the “Idol” judge. “Makes you wonder what’s in the cup on the judge’s table. She’s nice and all, but she isn’t always so together.”

ISN'T THIS THE SAME STORY OVER AND OVER JUST IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS?

CHRIS BROWN GETS SUIT THAT DOESN'T FIT

CHRIS BROWN GETS SUIT THAT DOESN'T FIT

R&B superstar Chris Brown is touring all over the country, but the guy who designed his sets says the "Kiss Kiss" singer forgot one destination -- the bank!

In a lawsuit filed in federal court on Christmas Eve, John Troxtel -- who has designed concert sets for Eminem, Snoop Dogg and Michael Jackson -- says he was paid for some of his design work, but "extra work was required and requested." Troxtel alleges that an oral agreement was reached but when it came to time to collect, the touring company refused.

Troxtel is suing for breach of contract and unjust enrichment and is seeking damages in excess of $1,000,000. Calls to Brown's reps were not immediately returned.
