DIDDY BECOMES A STAR

Sean "Diddy" Combs will get the official taste of stardom during his upcoming Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony on Jan. 11, reports sixshot.com.

The hip hop mogul plans to have his whole family out to see him get his star.

"I'm from Harlem New York, so to get a star in Hollywood is just mind-blowing," Diddy said. "You can get a lot of things but when you see those stars on the ground...that's something I can't even say I dreamed of and to be getting recognized for it is definitely something I'm gonna have my whole family out there for," said Combs, who will soon reprise his role as Walter Lee Younger in the ABC telefil, "A Raisin in the Sun."

Actor-singer Chris Brown is adding executive producer to his resume. The Grammy-nominated singer has inked a deal with Nickelodeon for an unscripted pilot revolving around his backup dancers.

The half-hour project follows 11-year-old Scooter and 9-year-old Miles as they tour with Brown, who also will appear on-camera. Brown's manager, Tina Davis, also will executive produce the untitled project, which is being produced by World of Wonder.

The pilot marks Brown's first branch into producing and is his first television deal. He recently released his sophomore album, "Exclusive." His first album, "Chris Brown," earned him two Grammy nominations. He also was named male artist of the year, new artist of the year and artist of the year at last year's Billboard Music Awards.

As an actor, Brown made his feature debut in "Stomp the Yard" and next appears on the big screen in "This Christmas," in theaters now. Other credits include Fox's "The O.C." and he has a big duet on American Idol Season 6 Winner Jordin Sparks newly released album called "No Air".
