"Gotti's Way," the VH1 reality series in which rap mogul Irv Gotti balances the demands of fatherhood with rebuilding his record label, will return early next year for a second season, according to reports.
''We can announce today, officially, that we're doing season 2," said MTV Networks entertainment president Brian Graden to Entertainment Weekly. "Production's almost immediate, because we know what's going in their lives." Of course, you'll have to stay tuned to find out the details, but sources say Gotti and his relationship with estranged wife Deb is still very much in the air.

Vivica A. Fox had received a bench warrant threat after she failed to show up at a scheduled DUI hearing.
A judge told Fox’s attorney that she must report to the police station and be properly booked – with fingerprints and mugshot – no later than Dec. 11. If she fails to do so, the judge said Fox better appear in court that day or a bench warrant will be issued for her arrest.
Fox was arrested on March 20 after she blazed by a police car going 80 mph in her Cadillac Escalade. Her blood alcohol level was reportedly over the .08 legal limit.

John Singleton is set to direct "Executive Order: Six," a thriller to be financed by Ryan Kavanaugh's Relativity. Production is slated to begin early next year, and casting is under way.
The film follows the residents of a small, snowbound town, who band together to fight a mysterious horror that turns out to be an alien being unleashed by a plane crash. Singleton was recently expected to direct "Tulia," with Halle Berry and Billy Bob Thornton, but that picture got pushed because of Berry's pregnancy.
