I guess when the "Donda West Bill" passed 30 days ago, Governor Schwarzenegger added it to the stack of backlogged bills he was planning to Veto and said: "I'll Be Back!". Because just one month later, the Bill inspired by the death of Kanye West's late Mother, which almost unanimously voted Yes upon by legislature, was vetoed by The Arnold.

Schwarzenegger, who gave no real reason for axing a bill that would force patients to get medically cleared before undergoing the knife, blamed the month it took him to respond, on an 80 day (which is a first as well) delay in California's State budget. He only sighted: "This bill does not meet that standard, and I cannot sign it at this time,". If passed, the Bill also would force patients to disclose their medical history to plastic docs before surgery.

In my eyes it seems the Governor is worried that he won't get the support and/or tax dollars, of many wealthy Beverly Hills plastic doctors. And when he himself is guilty of a little nip tuck; what's so bad about risk - it could only mean life!

Well, TMZ.com has just reported that Kanye West's mom Donda, did die of complications due to her tummy tuck and breast reduction. The L.A. County Coroner revealed that Donda died of "coronary artery disease and multiple post-operative factors due to or as a consequence of liposuction and mammoplasty." AKA, she had a heart attack right after surgery.

What's further disturbing is not only that the surgery took 8 hours, as previously reported, but she was not by any means an ideal candidate for plastic surgery. Another doctor refused to operate on her because they felt she had a medical condition, in which she would have a heart attack. However the report says her final "manner" of death on November 10th "could not be determined."

They also say that they cannot pin point one exact thing. Meaning there could have been several contributing factors, such as surgery, anesthesia, etc.

It was also revealed in the report, that Stephen Scoggins (Donda's nephew), who is a nurse, with an advanced degree in Public Health was called the center where the procedure was taking place. Sighting that Donda was not "waking up soon enough.".

Kanye's family has decided not to release a statement.

Kanye West was recently featured GQ's "Man Of The Year" Issue, with a cover.

Sadly, he recently broke down in tears during a concert in Le Zenith in Paris. The attached pics are him in an airport after the concert. I really can't believe this guy is still working right now. His mind must be crazy. Especially when it could've been avoided and the situation was shady.

It has been confirmed that Dr. Donda West, mother of rap superstar Kanye West, died from "complications due to plastic surgery."

As days have passed and as more and more information has emerged as well as speculation, it is being reported that Dr. West had known medical issues, possibly a thyroid and/or heart condition, and was reportedly turned away by another plastic surgeon because he wanted her to get clearance from her internist, which she allegedly did not.

West instead went to Dr. Jan Adams, who briefly hosted TV show, 'The Other Half' and a Discovery Channel health program, for a tummy tuck and breast reduction. Adams paid two patients almost $500,000 to settle two malpractice suits in 2001.

According to TMZ.com, Donda West's operation lasted eight hours -- twice as long as it should have. In addition, instead of sending Ms. West to a recovery center, she was sent home, where she died a day after her surgery, and before paramedics arrived.

As it turns out, not only is Dr. Adams not Board Certified with the American Board of Plastic Surgery, but he currently has a bevy of open malpractice suits, including allegations of sexual battery and physical assault, DUI convictions and pending disciplinary action from the California Medical Board.

In an initial statement Adams said that West's death was "unforeseen and could have been caused by a heart attack, pulmonary embolism, or massive vomiting."

An autopsy performed on November 13 will officially determine Dr. Donda West's cause of death. Funeral arrangements are reportedly scheduled for Tuesday, November 20 in Oklahoma.
