Nelly is at the end of a legal battle with credit card company American Express. They filed a suit against him in October for about $20K and $3K in attorney's fees. And Nelly still hasn't paid the judgement.

This isn't the first time that he has been put on blast for financial woes. His former booking agent got into a heated argument via Twitter. Nelly thew a indirect comment at Loose Cannon and he shot back with crazy fire. He claimed the rapper spent most of his money on cocaine, steroids, Ashanti, gambling and various other narcotics. That his house was close to foreclosure and that his attitude since he's been using drugs has totally changed.

I hope he gets his act together before he ends up another has been who can't afford to pay his child support.
