When asked about the concept for the single "Superbass", Nicki responded, "Superbass is about the boy that you are crushing over and you kinda wanna get your math on but you’re taking the playful approach,”

On the topic of the video, Nicki explains, "this is an icy world, it’s a sexy world, it’s a playful world; of course I have lots of eye candy for my girls and my boys."


She was also asked about touring with Wayne on his I Am Music II tour. Obviously happy that she has more success this time around she said, "Oh my God, I’m very excited to be touring with Wayne. The last time I toured with Wayne, I was on stage for three minutes. Now I have my own set, I have my own lighting, my own costumes, my own dancers, my own everything… This is what I’ve been praying for for like a very long time."
