On, Sunday, September 27th, 2009, Lil' Wayne celebrated what many believe was his 27th year of life on earth. But, according to some arrest papers, for Fulton County, dating back to August 14th, 2006 two years before he crossed over, Dwayne Carter, was born 9/27/1979, making the on fire rapper, a cool 30 years old. But his "daddy" Birdman, and Wikipedia both claim the rapper was born in 1982. Baby went as far as to cover a slew of tattoos with Weezy's birthdate as 9-27-1982. So is it 80's baby or just for the public.
