You may best remember Sarah Stokes from Making the Band Season 2, when she became part of the now defunct Da BAND. Well, she's making headlines again, but it's not her singing that has her name ringing bells. Homegirl supposedly was arguing with her husband, "tripped and fell on her face", when leaving her home. Blamed her hubby for her bruised face, and then proceeded to stab him; while they're 3 children watched. Fishy right!

Cops must have sided with her husband when he claimed that it was on their front steps that she obtained the marks and bloodied nose. But the explanation her lawyer gave, makes us believe someone is covering for an abusive husband. "Sara and Tony have a very passionate and loving relationship that on August 2, while having an evening of fun, she slipped and fell, hitting her head heavily on the ground and somehow in the process of helping her Tony got injured."

Did the cops see his controlling ass on Da Band? It seems more like, after she felt strong enough to tell what happened, she was scared when Police got involved and took it back. Then they're lawyer stepped in and tried to clean it up. The cops know she stabbed her husband in the arm; there's no cleaning that up. And they were arguing that night. But if they both lie, the charges will probably be dropped.

But hey who am I to judge. Ask the kids they seen everything.
