Yesterday rumors circulated that rapper Nas was not allowed to see his son's birth. Well today, Nas, in his hometown of Queens decided to set the record straight, while revealing the funky as name Kelis let him choose.
"In my hood, Queensbridge Projects," Nas said in a video. "Yo, yo, my son is born today. So shout-out to my son Knight...Eh, my son's name is Knight. That's what I named the young God, Knight. Y'all heard it here first. Don't believe nothing in the media. But I love y'all, don't listen to none of the bullsh*t. I love you, that's why I'm here."
Just so you know, Nas was too drunk to be let into the labor room, where Kelis is 24 hours into it, and still has not given birth to Knight. He also still has not footed her bill, for her stay at the hospital. He is turning out to be one great dad.
Below is the ghetto as video, of Nas, looking budded out. Maybe that's why he made up that name. P.S. I love that he is chilling with his boys when he could be spending as much time in the waiting room as possible. Some great parent!
