The L.A. County District Attorney just charged Chris Brown with Making Criminal Threats (felony charge) and Felony Assault. The victim according to court documents was a one 'Robyn F.'; aka Rihanna. Brown will be arraigned today, March 5th, 2009 at 3:30 PM in Downtown Los Angeles.

I Think we all really need to get over the whole "Chrianna"... Leave it to good old America to be stuck on issuses other than the real ones like the recession we are in or the war that we are fighting... Aids in Africa maybe or the genoicides in Rwanda and Darfur..... maybe Global Warming or Maybe Poverty in America or Maybe just Maybe WHY OUR LITERACY rATES ARE DROPING!!!! i AM SORRY I have avoided to commentting on this whole situation cuz it is none of my business who Rihanna dates or gets beat by.... Chris Brown is 20 years old He is long way to perfect.... (Not that I am Condoning) Rihanna got back with him... Does that mean anything People.... Y is she with him??? not $$ not a shelter not a father for children but because she really Loves him.... In New York Chris Brown would have not been charged because Rihanna did not file charges.... Hellooooo She didnt file the charges the state of California did....I feel aweful for CBrown he has suffered a tremendous blow to his carrer @ the cost of nosiey ass Americas that I bet the ones that are complaining are either in complete infatuation with RiRi or in an Abusive relationship either way get a life..... CBrown is a great role Model its a shame what he did to Rihanna but it doesnt change what he is all about... We should judge artisit on the merit of their art not on the merit of their personal life...
