Didn't anyone learn anything from Kanye Wests' mother Donda and her untimely death. Apparently Usher's rat faced wife wanted to suck in her tummy or alter her interesting look, after popping out baby number two this past November. So, she did what any rich housewife in Atlanta would never get caught doing; bee lining it to Brazil instead having someone highly trained in Beverly Hills. And you know what, I know that she is wishing she just paid for a private instructor.

Usher ditched his pre-grammy performance at Clive Davis' annual party this past weekend, due to a 'Serious injury in the family'; according to Davis himself. Access Hollywood has since revealed that his wife, Tameka Foster, had "experienced complications from plastic surgery" in Brazil.
Sources reveal that Usher, in tow with neurosurgeon, Dr. Gabriel Hunt of LA’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, who delivered their second son, headed straight to South America now.
All jokes aside, I hope Tameka does pull through. She does have 5 sons.
