WTF? Janet's Gone Jacko

I know they have the same last name, but I was hoping not to have to start wondering what the hell Janet is thinking all the time, like I have to do Michael and Latoya. But this get up at a recent concert, that Janet co-headlined with Nelly. What in The Flying Fudge Sticks was she thinking? Fashion Gods should rain upon her.
