Beyonce and her Mama Tina, may not be getting off as easy as they thought. The man who claimed that Jay-z's wifey and her mom didn't give him proper compensation for his role in landing the 15 million dollar deal that launched the starlet's company; says the Knowles' are racist and the judge was bias.

Walker, who claimed to have a verbal agreement of a 10% comission, says thay the Pop Star and her mother are using his race against him. He went on to say that if he were white he would have been compensated. The Plantiff claims that the judge was star struck and that this impaired his judgement.

The Diva and her stage family are doing what they normally do; that is whatever they want!
