Despite divorce papers filed by Russell Simmons in 2006, the couple had still remained un divorced. But, TMZ.com is reporting that Kimora Lee Simmons who is rumored to be preggers after her recent bulge in her tummy was spotted at many events, has just filed divorced papers against her husband Russell Simmons.
Kimora, who if pregnant will have her third child with Djimon Hounsou, has requested that she retain sole physical and legal custody of their daughters, Ming Lee and Aoki. However, they will be allowed reasonable visitation with their father, as long as their nanny and security be present at all times. I mean, they are the daughters of one of the most fabulous women in the game. She will seek no spousul support.
