Gnarls Barkley Video Banned B/c It Causes Seizures...Seriously!

This may sound like crazy talk, but remember back in the days when Pokemon ruled the world, say 1997? Well, that's when the world was introduced to the Harding Test. It tests the monitor strobe effects in video content to make sure that it doesn't set off seizures in affected peoples.

What does this have to do with Gnarles Barkley? Well, their video, "Run" has failed the test and therefore have been banned from MTV's rotation, as well as promo spots. Danger Mouse, one half of the duo, said this of the video which featured Justin Timberlake:

"I don't know exactly what's going on, but we're having issues. I think [the video] is cool. It works for me. But I'm not necessarily that easily seasick," Danger Mouse told the trade magazine. "We can't predict how people are going to interpret it."
