Who else is going to stretch it to look like their real life character? Angela Bassett has been tapped to play, no not Faith, but his mama Voletta Wallace! If that isn't a what the f*ck then I don't know what is! Unless she is donning a chubby suit or putting on some pounds, I don't see how that tight, firm and jacked up woman will play Biggie's mama...no disrespect.
Other cast members include, Anthony Mackie (We Are Marshall) will play Tupac Shakur as well as Derek Luke (Antwone Fisher) as greedy Diddy. I am just saying that this is the first time a bio pic happened and no one seemed right for the role. Hopefully, Goerge Tillman, Jr. who directed Men of Honor, will make this work.
