Will Smith, Michael Jackson and 2 Pac are all being sued for allegedly stealing the 1967 hit song, "Different Strokes" (not the show), to create their own hits. Sylvetser "Sly Johnson" Thompson whose resume includes gigs with Junior Wells and Howlin' Wolf, claims that all three celebrities sampled the tune without his knowledge. The songs under question are Jacko's "Blood on the Dance Floor," Will's "Who Stole the D.J.," and lastly but not least, Tupac's "Peep Game". He's demanding pay for songs he never got any loot from. Why now is my question. I bet if he was making money he wouldn't even care. But, if it's his, then it's his and they will have to pay up.
