It's sad to see, but I think there will be more of this, with the Hilton's getting shafted in their Grand Daddy's will. Five of James Brown's children are fighting for their Father's will to be thrown out. Attempting to obtain money that was set aside for his grandchildren and needy children.
His off spring claim that his former advisers used their influence, to make "charitable" trusts; which were actually benefiting them. However, the trusts left behind, will go to his grankids' education, or so it seems. This comes as his family as well as an attorney out of Atlanta say, earlier versions of his will, show he never intended for money to be left to charity.
His advisers, Buddy Dallas, responded by saying they charges brought against him are "an act of desperation." Just wait a few years, it will get worse and worse. Especially when more of the celebrities passing are hooked on drugs and can get caught getting cheated. But, whose to say that is what happened? (Wink.)
