Jay-Z's 40/40 Dreams may Bite Vegas Dust

Well, everyone is a buzz because not only did Jay step down as Def Jam's President, but the reason he did it for may have some problems.

Jay-Z successful and blooming 40/40 club franchise was set to open with a huge party, in Las Vegas on Sunday. However, Hov's venue failed to pass the inspections that it needed to. Therefore, if he does not obtain the proper certificates and licenses, it will not open. Furthermore, the Jigga man will be force to refund tickets, which will be a stab in his investment costs.

He and Beyonce have made New Years plans in sin city, so I hope something gives.
