A person affiliated with Chingy's camp reached out to MediaTakeOut.com with a SHOCKING offer - he's looking to sell us a video which reportedly has an intimate encounter between Chingy and the R&B songstress.
The individual, who claims that the video was made with Ciara's consent, is asking for $25,000 for the rights to it."
Damn Chingy album sales are that slump, that if this is EVEN true, you would do that to CiCi.
