Though she’s already delivered mixtapes (including last year’s Still Sucka Free), a book of poetry (“Young Skin, Wise Mind, Old Soul”), and a mini-tour with Floetry’s Marsha Ambrosius, she says Life Experience will be her official introduction as an artist. “It’s the introduction to me as a full-fledged artist, and I think for some people they’ve known me as a poet, they’ve known me as a radio personality, they know me as a TV host, but they don’t know me as that,” she told SmokingSection.Rawkus.com. »
