Bow Wow Fakes Sick?

As you know, Bow Wow was hospitolized in Cincinnati after a concert. He left the tour for what was first described at "stress and exhaustion". New reports indicate that he was actually suffering from an infection in his appendix. The rapper is said to be recovering and will rejoin the tour on December 13th in Baltimore.

Question is, he looked so fine on stage promoting "Face Off" Was that a stunt to give him extra time to promote his duet Lp.
