With much press buzzing around his new album, "The Solution", in stores today. Beans sat down with http://rap-up.com and talked about the many collabos on his album. Diddy, Jay-Z, Ghostface Killah, Styles P and R. Kelly all join the 10 year veteran for his Lp.
When asked about the diva-like tendencies that R. Kelly has pacticed with many other artists, Beans says 'not with me'. "Actually, it was easy. I didn’t go through some of the things I heard he put people through. When I got the record, I sent it out to him and then I got the record back within four days. He sent it back with not only the hook but even a verse." The rap-veteran said.
Beans also teamed up with former rival, Styles P, on the song "You Ain't Ready for Me". To this, he said, "Rap is like a competitive sport. That’s like two teams meeting on the ball court. That could be your man and ya’ll got love for each other off the court but on the court, ya’ll going at it. It was more of like a sport with us than it was personal beef. During the time we were doing the records, we would run into each other and it wasn’t no problem. It was all good."
Either way, he felt hands down that "This album right here I believe is my best body of work,”. I hope so! Go cop it, in stores now!
