HOVA MIGHT NEED A LIL' "BLUE MAGIC"OF HIS OWN

The NY Daily News is reporting that Jay-Z is being quite the diva when it comes to renegotiating his Def Jam contract as the President of Def Jam. According to an unnamed source (of course, everyone wants to dish the dirt, but no one ever wants their identity revelead), Jay’s bosses are finding his demands to be somewhat excessive and now it seems his contract will expire at the end of this month. Well, don’t get your panties in a bunch, Jay is still the biggest artist on the label (hmmm….or is Kanye bigger right now?) so he may have some negotiating power. But there’s one thing that we do know, and that’s that if President Carter gets the boot, then the days of Memphis Bleek and Beanie Sigel albums are over (and would that be a bad thing?).
