At one time, Tyrese Gibson's name was in the mix for playing the DC Comics superhero, who possesses a power ring that allows him to control the physical world as long as the he has the willpower and strength to wield it. I like Common and all but out of the million young, black actors in New York alone, ya'll couldn't find anyone with stronger chops? Geez!
