Snoop has just signed on to headline the American Basketball Association's (that's the ABA, people), Red, White & Blue Concert Tour. Begining, December 15th, Snoop Dogg along with rising R&B singer, Lamar Robinson (who opens the show), will hit 40 participating ABA cities; starting in Anderson, Indiana.
