Not, only was he driving with a suspended license, but he rented a car (Nissan Altima), from some discount rental place, on July 23rd in Philly. When August 13th came around and he still hadn't returned the vehicle, the car company kept charging his credit card and reported it stolen on September 6th! Now, he will be behind bars again! Ooo lordy, why couldn't you just come in and extend it?
