NYC Teen's Hand Broken for Cake

This is all just what I was talking about the other day. I bet you that if I lived in the Hamptons and I dropped a piece a birthday cake, my hand wouldn't get broken. But, apparently, if it's NY, its just normal restraint. Take a look:
