Style Trend: Jeans

I am a huge fan of denim, so whenever I see a feature on the fabric I run. InStyle.com, is running a feature on the jeans trend with celebrities. That prompted me to find what I think are the hottest trends in jeans right now.

Now we all know that Jenny Lopez has a keen eye for fashion; so its no surprise that she hit a trend on the head. Here she's wearing high-waisted skinny jeans. Now for all my curvy Sistas, who wanna keep the curves in line, this is for you. And skinny jeans do look cute with flats; but a high(platform) pump dresses the look up. The tight lil' vest up top looks fly as well.
The best part is you can recreate these jeans at urbanoutfitters.com, with jeans by Silence & Noise, if your willing to shell out about 100 bucks!

Now, Stefani always looks; part Glam, part Sheek, part Rock. This look is no different. She, unlike some celebs rocks her own clothing line: L.A.M.B.. Using dark denim always helps mesh together a polished yet street credible look. And she keeps her clothes tight too. But if your tummy isn't quite flat, dark denims will keep you looking slimmer! The ballerina flats keep the look more laid back and the Black jacket keeps her sexy! A huge bag is always a plus.

The white tee, blue jeans and red heels have for long been the all American look. But thanks to Divas like B and Ciara, it is now at the forefront of sexy. If you have curves or wanna make the ones you do have look neatly packaged...get bubblegum jeans. These are jeans that stretch a bit to hug, not suffocate your figure. A Plain white tee and some bright red heels make the look killer.

If you are petite and you want to create that sexy pepsi bottle look, Kelly Ripa pulls it off. By wearing something around your high waist, like the white belt she's wearing; the bottom will create a curvy illusion. Bright colors like red help make the look pop. Notice dark jeans and platform pumps...three trends in one!
