Beyonce Ruptured Breast Implant in Fall?

Sandra Rose reports on some shady gossip from one Orlando outlet about Beyonce's fall. Gossips claim Beyonce ruptured one of her implants during her nasty fall in Orlando.

Concert goers reported seeing a laceration on Beyonce's chest on the screen. Beyonce received medical attention backstage, but later that night, Beyonce began to experience nausea and moderate pain and swelling over one of her implants. The implant was replaced early Wednesday morning which is why Beyonce was still in the Orlando area.
